Mediations
ODR Mediation
2 hours minimum, 3 hours maximum, for court-ordered mediations, $75 per hour per party. Discounts apply for parties with indigency certificates approved by the Office of Dispute Resolution. A deposit for 2 hours is required to hold a reservation. Requested dates and times are offered to other cases if/when both invoices are not paid on time. All sessions are remote through Zoom videoconferencing.

Private Rate Half-Day Mediation
2 hours minimum, 4 hours maximum, $130 per hour per party. A deposit for 2 hours is required to hold the reservation; additional time, if used, is billed and due at the conclusion of the session. Reservations are canceled and offered to other cases if/when both invoices are not paid on time. All sessions are remote through Zoom videoconferencing.

Private Rate Full-Day Mediation
4 hours minimum, 8 hours maximum, $130 per hour per party. A deposit for 2 hours is required to hold the reservation; additional time, if used, is billed and due at the conclusion of the session. Reservations are canceled and offered to other cases if/when both invoices are not paid on time. All sessions are remote through Zoom videoconferencing.

Mediation Availability
ODR Mediations are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9AM and 1PM. Half and full day mediations take place on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 9AM; if the parties need at different start time, flexible scheduling is available for private rate mediations.

Search the calendar below for available time slots. The times displayed are available for reservation. If a time does not appear, it has already been reserved for another case. Please be sure all parties to the case agree to the date and time before you make the reservation.

Once you have selected the date and time agreed upon by the parties, fill out one of the forms below to make your reservation. You can also email your request to mediation@mjdelgadolaw.com. If you are booking a private rate mediation and want the session to start later than 9AM, please include the parties' preferred start time in your reservation request.
